Keep two TE? Kittle/Henry question (1 Viewer)

I'm in a 12-team, .5 PPR, $200 salary cap league, and we picked up to 10 keepers from a 20-person roster back in March.  We have the option to trade or cut players up until one week before the draft in mid-August.  George Kittle and Hunter Henry were both nice values, but since there is no flex spot I'll never get to start them both (QB/2RB/3 WR/TE/K/D).  The other wrinkle is that these 10 players cost $127 of my $200 cap, so I won't be a big player on draft day.  I obviously need a WR upgrade, but have not had much luck so far trying to acquire Juju ($11), Golladay ($10), Boyd ($6), Thielen ($20) or Woods ($11) in any deal.

So, would you plan to roll with the 2 TE into August (did that last year, and by Week 2 my Henry/Olsen combo didn't look so good), aim lower on the cheap WR scale (Pettis -$6, Anderson - $6, Washington - $6, Lockett - $7), be willing to take on extra cap dollars (Ridley - $13, Mike Williams - $11, DJ Moore - $12, Robinson - $16), gamble on Tyreek Hill ($20), or consider other options?  And of course, which TE to keep?  My current team is below.  Thanks!

Luck - $13

Cook - $27/Michel - $15/Chubb - $11/Guice - $7

Diggs - $21/Godwin - $9/Sutton - $8

Kittle - $10/Henry - $6

I like Pettis and Lockett better than Sutton of those similar price range WR's listed.  I also really like Mike Williams at that price tag compared to some of the other guys you showed.

Bottom line is that if nobody is sniffing trades then you really have no choice but to keep the two TE's for the time being.  It is unclear if there are WR's available off the waiver that you could just drop one of your TE's for.  I guess that would be a separate question.  What is on the waiver wire that could replace a dropped TE?

No waivers right now.  Only players currently on a roster are in play.  Everyone else (including rookies) is off limits until the draft.  About a week before the draft, players will trim their rosters from the 10 players they protected back in March, and I could toss Sutton back in the pool at that point and get back my $8.  The question is, are those WR worth trading a top-5 TE for, just because I happen to already have another top-5 TE?

If you can trade one of the TE's for a plug in starter then you should do it.  It makes your team better.  I am just not sure if you can get a guy that is an auto start at this point for one of the TE's.
