Keeper Decision prior to FA (1 Viewer)

So I was dealt a bit of a curveball in a particular league as this decision needs to be made prior to FA starting.

League is moving to Superflex from a standard dynasty and allowed a combination of 5 total players to keep. TE position is required. 12 teamer and decent depth at TE going back into the draft pool (about 10 usable vets not counting the incoming rookies). RB position is about 6-8 decent options in pool (with deep rookie pool incoming).

My decision in 2 out of Pitts, N. Harris and Dobbins. I am leaning toward the RBs but that is super risky prior to FA, but I am SO over the Pitts experiment and I think I can get a usable TE or two in the draft. I've been told to keep Pitts as you know he will see the field and still has the upside. I just dislike his situation and effort. Not TE premium, PPR. Any thoughts or is this post just confusing? Haha

I like Pitts, esp with Penix, more than last year with Cousins. Najee, he could go somewhere and be better, Dallas maybe, or somewhere and be worse than w the Steelers, Raiders? I dont trust Dobbins, myself. He'd be the one I move from, or try to trade him for anything. I can see LAC taking another RB this year, mid rounds, like Gibbons or Allen in the late rounds.

But that's just me.
