Are there any costs associated with the keepers (round lost, salary cap, limited years of being able to keep)?

If none of that matters just go with the two best players.  To me that is Thielen and Lockett (I think he has the most upside).  Ingram is solid but not sure about the upside and Cooks overall is good but too many mouths there where he will have some bust games.
