In a 2 QB league I would keep Newton.  Although it would be helpful to know the number of teams and the other starting requirements. 

Assuming it is 12 team league QB's are usually gobbled up within the first 2-3 rounds and I would guess many of the other owners will be keeping a QB as well so they will be scarce.  If you believe Newton will be healthy he is the easy choice.

It’s a 10 team and most folks do tend to wait a bit more on QBs than most 2 QB leagues.
