Keeper League Garage DR (1 Viewer)

I'm in a 10 person ppr keeper league and I have to 10th pick. 

I have to options.

1. McCaffery for my 1st round pick 

2. D. Williams for my 10th round pick 

Any thoughts would be appreciated

CMC would be the easy choice.  I don't trust Williams to maintain the job all year.  Getting a top 4 RB with the last pick of the first round is great value.
