Can keep 3. I have last pick (12th) snake draft.     1/2 pt ppr.  I don't surrender any rounds or anything for keeping players.  Keep 3 then start fresh. 

Which 3 do I keep?

Dak Prescott,  Antonio Brown,  Robert Woods,  Damien Williams,  Todd Gurley,  Deion Jones (IDP)

What are the starting requirements and how to IDP scores stack up with the offensive side?  Is it big play or tackle heavy IDP scoring?

Without additional info I would keep Brown, Gurley and Williams (unless IDP was prominent in scoring).  You don't need a QB (there will be plenty to choose from) and you should be able to get Woods back if you really wanted him.  Those are your biggest upside keeps.

How does that stack up with your offensive scoring?  Are there equal IDP and offensive players in the top 20 of scorers for the league?  How IDP's do you start?  Without this kind of info it's tough to say whether or not it makes sense to keep Jones.

Top 10 WR, Top 10 RB (with potential for RB1) , and top 12 RB if he keeps the job all year.  How is that a huge hole to start?

Yes.

If they all finish at the top of their possible outcomes (as you listed) it can work out but I don't think they all will.  You need everything to go as right as possible, which could happen, but for three players where a lot can go wrong, I don't think it will happen for all of them. Furthermore, as keepers they are all bound to fall off sooner rather than later due to age and heath issues so not great to have all your keepers more towards the end of their run as top 36 players.
