isn't this turner's 3rd or 4th year? i cant think of any other turner besides michael turner

Michael "The Burner" Turner is a Restricted Free Agent next year. If a team is willing to pay a 1st Round pick they can sign Turner if the Chargers decide not to match...He's that good that he would start for at least ten other teams this year if here were available.

I think Turner is an Eagle next year. They got a late 1st (IMO) and a boatload of money.

Turner will cost a 1st and a 3rd ... he'll be a Charger for atleast one more year unless traded but he won't leave as a RFA.

Anyways if we are discussing non starters with dynasty upside then Perry, Moats, Gado, MBell, Fargas, MBarber, BJacobs, LBetts should be discussed too although generally behind the obvious guys already mentioned.
