Well, since there is no mention of cost or round give up I would go with Jones. Starting the draft with a RB gives you more options when it comes to picking players.

I give up the pick in the round of the player I keep.  Jones in the 14th or Ertz in the 10th.  No other cost.

Ertz for me. He is more elite at his position.
