10 team TD only league with 3 point bonus for over 100 yards.  1 Keeper allowed.  Do I keep Tyler Lockett as my 12th round pick, or Kerryon Johnson as my 7th round pick?

Agreed. With the potential for Lockett this year, Johnson is a 3 down back.
