12 team .5 ppr.  Need to keep 3 players.  I'm keeping Davante Adams and Austin Ekeler.  Need to choose between Josh Allen or Terry McLaurin.  Is it crazy to consider keeping the QB?

Is there any restrictions on the keeper (loss of round, salary cap, limit of keeper length)?   How many teams keep QB's?  

Personally if there are no restrictions I would keep McLaurin assuming that nobody really keeps QB's so that I will have a good shot at whatever QB I want.
