12 team league with IDP. .5 PPR.  Get to keep 1 keeper at the cost of previous year draft round. I have pick 10. Do I keep Zeke at round 1 pick 10. AJ Brown at round 4 (pick 39) or Darrin Waller at round 5 (pick 39)

Tough call but I'd keep Waller at round 5 (AJ Brown being a very close 2nd). Positional scarcity is what's driving this decision. Waller is a stud and should give you an advantage over everyone except Kelce, and you forfeit the lowest round pick.

In a keep one treat it like a redraft and keep the best guy.  For me it would come down to Waller and Zeke.  These are a couple of guys that have a wide range of value assessments so depending on which side of the fence you fall on likely will dictate which way to go.  For me, I think Zeke is still a top 5 RB so I would take him at pick 1.10.  Typically in these situation I don't like keeping my 1st rounder because you lose some flexibility but in this case there is no way a guy like Zeke makes it to you at pick 1.10 so he is my choice.
