Keith Overbite is a cancer to NFL (1 Viewer)

Seriously, he is straight 25/8, 366 a year politics on a sports channel. It's disgusting, and embarrassing that ESPN would put him into a sports channel spot like this. All he does he bad mouth the league while throwing his own political agenda in the mix. Ugh, no thanks ESPspiN

I'll take him over the NFL Channel's Warren Sapp and Michael Irvin any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Sapp and Irvin are horrible.

I love Irvin. Guy is a clown, but I love it. He cracks me up, and still talks about football. Could be because I'm a huge Cowboys fan though, although I like all the NFL morning crew.

What political agenda? That Roger Goodell should be fired? Of all the things that could be construed as cancers on the NFL, one person offering a congnizant opinion would appear to be far, far down the list.

Yeah the poor NFL needs more bootlicking from ESPN. I only wish Boomer had gone on longer during the Week 1 late Monday night game about how the NFL is a leader on domestic abuse not only for the sports world but for the entire culture. Man it's like he can not only see how pure the NFL is, he can predict the future! Take a lesson, Keith.

What political stories has he covered that are not sports related? Redskins name, Ray Rice and ADP are all sports stories even though they have political overtones.

I love the guy. Extremely smart and one of the most articulate talking heads not only in sports, but in all of television. I can understand why those opposed to his views hate him so much. When you're opinionated and you're persuasive - you're going to get some scathing hatred directed your way.

**Sherman thread**

Sapp needs to go. Irvin already fits the loud guy niche...no need for two. Hate how they've made it so corny too...like the bit with Mooch and Sapp acting like Donkey Kong.

Really like Warner and Eisen, but I can't watch anymore.

That doesn't make him acceptable, just less horrendous. Oh, and shame on you for omitting Deion Sanders, he's far worse than all of them.

Redskins name, Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Rutgers AD, Tony Dungy, overall take on soccer, Roger Goodell, owners, his worst person in sports every episode, and a knack to always get offended if athletes don't open up and give their every thought to him after a game or workout as if they are obligated to tell him everything. Yeah, it's not sports, it's politics. Whatever, I'm not going to watch it, that's my take. It's not good for sports which is why I bring it up. It's this new, dramatized reality/political aspect of sports that I'm just not into. I would rather actually watch sports or intelligently discuss them. It's people like him that have made this NFL season less fun.

It's great for sports (as a check to the pathetic world of sports "reporting" and other mimic the party line media) and it's even better entertainment.

The fact that it has some folks so riled up, all the while a guy with a political ideology such as MaxT still enjoys sorta proves he's doing something right.

Keith Overbite?
an example of an unintelligent and unfunny guy trying to be clever. Thread fail
I sorta enjoy the schadenfreude of fools putting up such a weak, unthought out and unsupported position that their post actually is the very proof that their position is not only wrong, but laughable.

Well done I say. Couldn't have been done better by the Keith O fan club.

Uh....no. Jamie Dukes is by far the worst analyst. Just unwatchable. I'll take political over smug and arrogant any day.
