Thinking about trading him for Gerhart and Cierre Wood in a dynasty. My RB depth is weak. Have Peterson,Foster, and Tate and that is it.
No one cares.
You are an enormous douchebag, for the record.
Whoa! What's with the 'POPULAR' star?
I think its awesome that the board's code allows for that post to be pointed out as a popular post. Has any other post ever had that tag?

lolz I've never seen that -- maybe you have to get 50 likes

Using James Jones to justify a "target argument" is a fool's errand. Jordy had that same exact ridiculous catch and TD to reception ratio on sub 100 targets in 2011. The conclusion here is that Aaron Rodgers is a freak.

The caliber of your QB may also determine the value of said targets, amongst many other things. Fitz was blessed with one of the worst QB carousels in history of the NFL last year, making his monster target number count for very little. I have faith that in Brady and the "value of his targets". He's made lesser receivers relevant in the past.

I like how this post currently has 16 "like this". I dont think Ive ever seen more than a few likes for a post. Says a lot
It's up to 41 likes. Never seen anything close to that. Gonna head to Raider's page and see how many likes he has now. He could pad his "likes" by just following this guy around and calling him a douchbag.
Years ago, the mods would have recognized that guys like Phenix contribute nothing and spend all day trolling, and they'd be banned and told to 'have a nice season guy'. There are a few others filithying up the Shark Pool, too. Unless they want this to become FFToday, they better start eliminating these guys who contribute nothing and just look to start fights and insult all day.
Seems pretty obvious to me that Joe and David have made a decision to focus more exclusively on the content side of things and really beef up the subscriber offerings. In doing so, they've moved staff and resources from message board mods to subscriber content creation. That's created a noticeable increase in message board trolls, WDIS type questions in the Shark Pool and generally worse discussion.

I don't blame them at all. They make money on the subscriber stuff and it seems as if it's probably top notch. The boards are a net negative as far as direct revenue goes. Now, I'm not sure how many subscriptions are due to people finding the boards and then subscribing to the site's content versus the other way around, but the owners of FBGs seem to believe that it's the latter versus the former.

The bottom line is that there are tools on the message board to ignore the trolls and annoying posters. I suggest using them liberally. I certainly do.

This would make sense if the subscriber content was actually improving. It hasn't and new site design is not very good.

At least there is FanDuel crap all over the place

Guys please stop mucking up the thread with the back and forth bickering. If you don't like each other hit the ignore buttons and move on. I keep coming back in here when I see a new post was made looking for real convo about KT and instead I see 20 posts about "you're a tool"..."no...you're a tool!"..."no, you!" "No backsies"

I mean, really?

This. Is anyone actually watching the game?

Nice long catch just now; but mostly blanketed on the short stuff although usually by Cromartie. With Dobson drawing Brady's ire about 5 times already, he should get a few more looks. Edelman clearly the #1 option right now though.

That catch was a relief. Brady was pissed at Dobson on that drive.

Looks like FBG finally found ONE thing we all can agree with... Phenix is an enormous ########.

Route took him out of bounds again. Tough to tell if a little sharper a break takes him into the endzone, but he was behind the defense for sure.

So........whose fault was on KT's production tonight (2 catches 47 yards - not sure how many targets). Didn't watch the whole game....but did here he a 25 yard TD overturned by review and saw Brady miss guide him on occassions but also saw KT drop a couple of balls.

Thoughts/Opinions?

He may even start week one for me which I didn't think possible as I wanted to see him in action first. If healthy I think his floor could be 60 and 700 which is a great year for a rookie, an undrafted one at that.
That floor is way too low, barring injury.
You sure?
Yes. If you disagree, it's too bad you backed out of all the money bets you had committed to. :sadbanana:
I would have taken those bets if Sanchez was healthy.

Geno flashes at times, and he looks awful at times. In other words... he's a rookie. But let's not make Sanchez out to be Elway.

He dropped one, hit him on the back shoulder on a third down play (he would have been short). Not a 'bad drop', just a play. A little worrisome that again he was in traffic if you buy into KT being shy of taking a hit. Other targets werent very close- Cromartie was all over him all day (ill have to have a closer look but i recall at least two plays he didnt get thrown to that looked like pretty blatant holds on KT, he's getting the usual rookie lack of calls).

All in all, considering how awful and sloppy (and wet) the whole game was, not a real setback for KT i'd say. Despite the statline this was a better game for KT, and a worse game for Dobson. Can't rely on the stat line in situations like this- seemed to me that Brady was exasperated with Dobson and kinda ok with KT, knowing KT was drawing the toughest coverage.

Yeah he hasn't had a good game yet but he is still a hold IMO.

At some point soon he very could be the #1 receiving option through attrition.

brady has little confidence throwing to anyone other than edelman and amendola and it will get worse when gronkowski comes back.

i own thompkins. obviously, if his TD is a TD we all feel a lot differently today, but i think he made a great effort to catch an overthrown pass.
