Kenechi Udezi (1 Viewer)

I did not get to see him all pre-season long....How'd he look? All the way back from the knee injury?
I have him too on my dynasty roster. He's not on the injury report. reg is the guy to ask about this as a devoted Vikings watcher. I don't know how he looks. Healthy or not, I don't like his week 1 mathup versus a healthy John Jansen @ Washington on MNF.

I've read that Udeze has looked very good. He looks ready and could surprise. Another DE they like a lot in camp is rookie Ray Edwards.

Udeze slimmed down a bit and has looked good in preseason. I saw most of the Vikes in preseason, but I was watching Erasmus James closer than Udeze. The d-line overall looked really good.

Microfracture knee surgery = many, many tiny holes in the kneecap.

Either way, I'm really pulling for Udeze. I was very impressed by his work ethic entering the NFL.

HE doesnt have the tools or system to be a dominant player

I've watched Udeze throughout the preseason and he looks primed for a big year.
All I know is he's killing me. I could really use some points from him and it just never happens.
Yeah, it might be time to consider other options. He did look good in the preseason, but as bad as his stat lines have been, he has been even less of a factor in the games. Whenever there is pressure by the Dline it is provided by the interior (the Williams') while the ends seem over-matched. Too bad, I was hoping this would be his breakout year, but to date he has shown nothing.

I cut him last year and haevn't looked back. I've pretty much determined that I don't want to draft DL in IDP leagues. I'd rather spend a pick on something fairly predictable.
