If I understand right, Britt won't have to appear on an injury report this week with Tenn on a bye. So ... the first inklings we'll have will be his practice statuses on Wed 11/10 and Thurs 11/11. Then the Wk 10 injury reports will come out.Leeroy Jenkins said:he had an MRI on monday apparently, but no information on the type or extent of the injury at all?

Britt out 6-8 weeks
looks like he's likely not gonna be able to help us again fantasy-wise in 2010.....................
best of luck to everyone.....

I had him on my taxi squad and just promoted him to start that game. Once a player starts in a game we can't demote them back to the taxi squad. If only I had waited one more week...Wow I feel like the Vikings...traded for him after his big week because of that upcoming soft schedule.....and didn't get 1 point out of him. Now dropping to WW. At least he didn't insult my cooking....
One more reason Tennessee claimed Randy Moss on waivers: WR Kenny Britt is expected to miss at least four weeks with hamstring injury
(KFFL) Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 3, according to The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt. He is listed as questionable for Week 13 and is not expected to play because the team is being careful with him.
Britt was doing fine without Moss.Britt could be a major weapon for the FF playoffs. With Moss getting bracket coverage, Britt can take advantage and has the ability to have some big games. Britt owners should send a bottle of champaigne to Moss owners to celebrate their FF championships.
True, but having Moss as a decoy doesn't hurt.Britt was doing fine without Moss.
Sounds like a rotation with Washington on the other side. All report I have read state Moss and Britt will share time.I'm hearing a lot of talk about how both Moss and Britt play the X-position - any homers or insiders have any idea if they will move one of them to the other side of the field?Or are they gonna rotate?
Not sure that is such a bad thing. Lets face it, WR's dont get the ball all time time and Britt is, by far, their best playmaker outside of CJ. I'd expect them to look his way, especially come red zone... you may not have the normal ceiling but as I noted before, there are so many marginal plays with guys who do not usually come up big, Britt could be a decent option as he will be a focal point if his conditioning is up to speed... at least a focal point when he is in there (and lets face it, this is not like a RB where splitting time means almost de facto a lot less carries. If they split time and Britt is looked to when he is in there, couldnt you see a realistic 5 for 80 with a decent chance at a TD?Sounds like a rotation with Washington on the other side. Not me but I am considering dropping VJ or Harvin for him and see how he looks before inserting him into my lineup. He has been off too long to trust right away.Chaka said:That Houston matchup in week 15 is going to make or break a lot of championships this year. Some will view the match up as too tasty and bench a higher rated WR.Some will want to bench a higher rated WR but will choose to roll with the guys who got the there instead of Britt's upside.Who will be right?Bwa...bwaaha...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Interesting as I had not seen what McFarland had been doing since leaving the zone. When did he become such a reliable guy though...my thoughts on him when he was on the radio was that of a smart guy not at all made for having a mic in front of his face and not always the most knowledgable either.one of the more reliable titans' media guys...who just recently started his own website.............
Britt out 6-8 weeks
I picked him up a few weeks ago and will probably start him in week 15 if I get past this weekend.Kenny Britt is not only not on the Titans injury report, but he is back and practicing fully.
In fact, Britt might even be back in the starting lineup for Tennessee when they face the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night.
As for whether Britt would start, Fisher said he had not decided yet, but Randy Moss, whose playing time Britt would likely cut into as the X receiver, sounded as if he is ready to alternate with Britt on Thursday night.
Bring it baby. Bring it!i am collins last game with him 3 tds colts no cb... and cj will cause the colts to put 8 in the box5 catches 120 2 td's i'm calling it NOW!!!!!playing catchup
I'm starting him over ocho cinco and Nicks... which I think is a mistake and I'm thinking of changing it back.Don't know what to do.Man I'd love to put him in over Mike Wallace or use him at flex over Tamme (V.Davis is my #1), but I ain't got the cahonies to do it....The Nashville Tennessean's Jim Wyatt expects Kenny Britt to start Thursday night after watching him in warmups."Looking good," Wyatt said of Britt's warmups. While Britt carries plenty of risk for an early-game aggravation of his hamstring injury, all of the pregame reports have been positive. Most WR3 options inherently carry a risk/reward factor, and Britt fits the bill. Risk takers can go ahead and start him in Week 14.Source: Jim Wyatt on Twitter
I've decided to start him in the one league I have him in. If he indeed plays 40 snaps, he'll see sufficient targets to be startable. They will use him. Moss hasn't been scaring defenses into backing off the emphasis on RB Johnson. They need to target Britt, and deep, enough to get defenses to stop stacking the box.NCPanthersFan said:According to NFL Network's Kara Henderson, Titans WR Kenny Britt will play more than WR Randy Moss tonight. "About 40 snaps," Henderson says. Who is biting?
I think I'd start him over Ocho... tough call with Nicks, since we don't know how he'll be affected by the injury he's coming back from. I'd probably go with Nicks personally. Valid point but I don't want to be stuck with 85 if Nicks is out... and thus, I'm rolling with Britt tonight. Oddly enough, I have Reggie Wayne as well, so it will be a fun evening. Collins and Britt seem to have solid chemistry and I could see 5 catchers for 90 yards and a TD. I'll take that from each of them, no problem.I think I'd start him over Ocho... tough call with Nicks, since we don't know how he'll be affected by the injury he's coming back from. screw itno Doubt he gets a TD tonight!my fear is he gets hurt right out of the box and it's a zero for that roster spot.
