Whenever you have the chance to trade a replacement level player for value you do it.

This was probably a career game for a nice player; Scott is the third best linebacker on the Ravens roster and the 5th or 6th in the pecking order for stats there. You're deeper at backer than DB and Rhodes should be a DB2 long term at minimum.

This'll probably get bumped 3 months from now when he has 26 tackles YTD ( ), but I think Scott's on his way to being the Ravens' best FF LB now. He filled in nicely for Lewis last year, proving that he had ability (in the same scheme Ray b*tched about all year as hampering him, btw). He's the fastest LB on the team & he's mean to boot. Wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong, but I think his week one performance is more a sign of things to come than a fluke.That said, I'm not saying don't make the trade. I don't know a ton about Rhodes, but I know many here think highly of him. If he helps balance out your squad, then maybe Rhodes is the way to go.
