Q: Caller asks Killer to consider the draft, it'll be a mistake to pass on Adrian Peterson. He's going to be explosive.
A: I don't think they've closed their minds to him. I think they've only closed their minds to a QB, even if they say otherwise. They don't want a guy who hasn't played in the league before and start over.
Q: What is the Jones update?
A: It's going to be a long process, but they do believe he'll be ready by the start of training camp. It's probably more realistic to say the beginning of the season. There's no reason for him to practice at the very beginning if they're taking it easy on him. They don't need him to start that early.
