Kid gets kicked out of the football...... (1 Viewer)

Love to see some big dude, a 368 pound tackle knock a guy on his butt, he gets ejected then hits the bench....."I;'l watch the game from here".

See what happens.

There are players on that roster no even in town.

If he quits the team why can't he hang around and watch the game?
Team will still get penalized if he stays on the sidelines.

If he leaves the sidelines (or is escorted off) he is free to watch from the stands, presuming he wasn't arrested, if he purchases a ticket.

And, unless you are @SWC, in the future, try typing in clear sentences and fixing your typos, you will receive better responses. Take that to the bank.

I really can't keep up with all these responses to be honest.  I think I'll be ok.

See, now he can hang around,  that's a long ways from he has to miss the game.

I doubt anyone really knows what his lawyer could find out.

Hi FFA,

What happens if a player ejected from a college football game refuses to leave the sidelines after being ejected?

TIA,

Zensomethimg
They could fire the dean, hire ejected player as a replacement and he could remain on the sidelines for the remainder of game.

I have yet to find anything that talks about just where a player has to go once off the sideline.  If told to stay somewhere against a players will isn't that kidnapping? Where does a persons rights come into play here?

If a player wants to hang around and watch the game how do they legally stop him?

Getting back to the topic.

We have a bunch of kids easily intimidated by the size of it all, they don't understand the rules or their rights.  They just go with what they are told out of ignorance. Just like boot camp where young guys are pushed around when a 30year old man would...."hold it a minute there Chief, do you get anything about the legalities involved with that?"

If some kid stood up for his rights because he knew them, hmmmm?

:lmao:  You know, sometimes I'll come in here and find a thread where after reading I'll think to myself, you know I really learned something, or, man that was entertaining!  Then I go waaaaaaay to the other end of the spectrum, where my left arm numb goes numb, vision begins to blur, bit of facial drooping, confusion sets in and I have to click out of the thread before the paramedics need to be called...

I'll let you decide which on end of the spectrum this thread resides

So you're a pro wrestling fan I take it?  Ever see the original "Nature Boy" in action? How about "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell and give me one more.....

I'm still struggling with what exactly this is.
I saw a kid get kicked out of a game for targetting.  Well for awhile he just stood there, then after some time here came some guy to escort him off the field.

I started thinking about where did the kid have to go and what if he wanted to watch his team finish the game, what.....he can't?  Where does it talk about why the guy must be taken off the field?  Sure, off the sidelines, I get that, but totally out of the stadium......really?

Then some wanted to play games so we did that also, and played a little music, ya know a free for all...ha~~~~

I confess not too concerned with //a.// thread on a message board as long as some had some fun. Which should be the bottom line.

No, we really aren’t.
We established the fact nowhere does it make it clear just where a kid has to go when ejected other than off a sideline. Nothing about he must stay.....where?  And can he legally be held anywhere if he doesn't want to be there?

I'd love to  see a lawyers take on just what are a kids rights in this.

You punch anyone on the streets that is assault,  ya never see a footballer get hit for assault throwing a punch in a football game, so we do have a different set of rules.

Sigh. The 1987 blue bonnet bowl has all your answers
How many things today are like they were in 1987?

Back then the game was about knocking as many opponets as ya could out of the game, the hell with being safe.  If all worried about that then don't play. Wanna be an instant football hero, just knock their QB out of the game.

Dude , save the silliness for somebody else , ok?  Not going to play the game with you, got it?  I don't care what happened in 87, doubt it would have anything to do with 2019.

Dude, I live 160 miles from any banks so cool that silliness, ok?
with the advent of on line banking distance means nothing and no one is incapable of taking it to the bank which you can of course take to the bank brochacho
