Kid gets kicked out of the football...... (1 Viewer)

Law involved over a holding penalty or pass interference, ha!!!!

Cops get a call.....hello cops this kid refuses to stay where I 'm telling him to stay, he got ejected from the game.

Come on man.
Cops are at my games.  If player refuses to leave, the cops will help.  If player is found back in stadium, he will be sent away again.

Have you actually seen that happen?  What if the kid simply says....I;m going to the bus, see ya?

I have had the cops start to come over.  Then a couple of coaches and the kid leave.  Going to the bus is fine with the officials.  The school is required to make sure the kid does not come back to the game.

There have been incidents where a coach was DQed and he tried to show up in the stands.  The coach will get fired more than likely.  I have had a coach threaten the officials after a game with a cop right there.  The cop told the coach to leave or get arrested.  The coach left and got fired the next week.

I get the coach thing but telling a kid where he must stay for hours, nay!  And if this kid is a real kid he'll get back in someway if he really wants to see the game. Throw a hoody on, jump a fence, whatever.

What is the difference between a coach that is kicked out and a kid that is kicked out?  They are both kicked out of the game and by rule have to leave the field of play.  It is a condition of playing the game.  By definition if you agree to play the game you agree to abide by all of it's rules and adhere to the rulings made by the officials.  There is no recourse - legal or otherwise for a disqualified player to remain on the field.

What happens to the kid once he leaves the field, what next?

Have you not read the other responses in this thread because this has been answered many times?  The kid must stay wherever the school has designated for him to be.....likely the locker room or the team bus depending on the school and the resources they have.  It's really not a difficult concept to understand.

Come on man, cool that, ok?  My thing is this....

Kid says hell no I'm not going there and there is nothing you can do to make me, see ya.  Kid runs a 4.4😎

The kids mom shows up...."he's going with me".

POINT

Nobody ever fights this stuff, if they did ....hmmm?

As an official, I really don't care where he goes as long as I don't see him.  If I see him the administration will have to deal with him.  The game might wait.  If it becomes too much of a distraction the game will end with his team forfeiting.

You have no point.  There is no hmmmm.  It's in the contract when you agree to play sports for a school.  You keep getting told this over and over and you seem to think that by saying "hmmmm" that it changes the point.  Nobody ever fights this because there is nothing to fight.  By agreeing to play for a school you are agreeing to abide by the rules.  There is no leg to stand on to fight this requirement which is why nobody does.  Sure in the heat of the moment a player/coach may attempt to stay on the field but they will be removed eventually and life goes on.  There is no recourse, there is no "hmmm".

I read about 7 posts in this thread and it was pretty obvious. Amazing how everyone keeps engaging. This one feels worse than the previous ones too, but that might just be recency bias.
What is the problem, talk to me.

I had a coach and parent get into it before over their son's playing time and the parent sucker punch the coach. Right in front of a cop. Cop told him to leave now or he's spending the night in a cell. Parent left but not without threatening to kill the coach and assault the coaches wife. The Cop had the dude on the ground and cuffed faster then Jared Lorenzo going after an all you can eat buffet.

Yeah but what if the responses weren't serious?
