Buy, sell, hold? I’d say he, like most if the rest of the TE crew this year seem to be up and down. Would you roll the dice and grab him from a panicked owner or sell if you were that owner?
Holding, mostly because TE is a dumpster fire this year and there's not much else out there. But it's reasonable to think he could continue producing with CJB. Especially with Goodwin banged up, he's one of their best pass catchers.
Obviously he and CJ (if he sticks around long enough) have the college connection going so I'd hold, he's still a very athletic TE with great run after catch ability.

Wow - nice pull there with Earl Bennett. Yeah, the past chemistry thing may be a bit over-reactionary. Maybe Kittle slept with Beathard's girlfriend or something and they hate each other - who knows. But past relationship aside, Kittle is a solid receiver on a team that does not have many weapons and could be the safety valve that Beathard needs.

Swear to God, I was about to use that exact same hypothetical. But then I remembered Bennett (actually, I had to Google "Jay Cutler's college teammate") and I figured that argument trumped all.

I was going to go with "Kittle may have written on Beathard's face with a Sharpie marker when the latter was passed out", but I stayed with the tried and true scenario.

Honestly, I think the 5/43 he had in the first half is more encouraging than his final stat line. He's not going to reel off 83-yard TDs every week. Nor is he going to approach Gronk/Kelce territory. But if he can put up a 6/60 every week and get a few red-zone targets (I believe he had a couple today) I'll definitely take it, especially given how bad the TE position has been across the league this year.
