Koren Robinson (1 Viewer)

What we know as of now is he will serve a 1 year suspension and it's sounding as if that will start sometime over the course of the next couple of weeks. With that timeframe in mind, KRob would be allowed to play again approx. Wk #8 of next season.

So, if a Dynasty team had the roster space to just sit on him and wait for a year is it worth it, or is he just more or less waiver wire fodder for the long term at this point?

After the suspension is complete he will still only be 27 years old which is relatively young for a WR so want to hear what everybody's plan is for him for the future.

bump to see if can get any thoughts....I think this thread got lost in the shuffle yesterday during the board issues.

If you saw value in stashing Ricky at any point, then there would be value in stashing Koren -- if you have the roster space.

For me, even with the roster space, I would take a chance on an up and comer. Another strike and Koren would be gone again. Too much risk to keep for a year.

He should be able to get you some good stuff if you happen to be inside prison. One, he's a football badass that should be able to handle his business. Two, he'll still be rich.

Remember he has to convince the commish that after his year is up to reinstate him. It is not just one year and welcome back.

I think you either need to be trying to lose this year or have two spots available to hold him. He is worth nothing until week 8 of next year. There are always players available on the waiver wire, and part of dynasty is snatching up guys as opportunities present themselves. I would not want to miss out on a potential Berrian, Colston, etc. because I was holding onto Koren.

I just don't see him pulling his life together enough to be a prodictive NFL player. He has plenty of cash and deep addiction issues. He has faltered every time someone has paid him. This is not usually a recipe for significant personal change.
