Tough one but Id say Crowell. Arrington has been somewhat solid. They both have similar values based on ability IMO, but the buf offense is the decision maker. Wash isnt consistent and Arrington may have more time on the field to make a couple extra plays.

keep lavar. Gibbs has been very happy with him lately, and named him defensive captain. He's going to be on the field alot more.
