Miller has better matchup at home vs San Diego, although Kelley is in better offense.

Receptions are a wash because neither is involved much in the passing game (despite Miller's acumen there.

Go with Miller.  He's at home, a better talent, and game flow will probably dictate him getting more touches than Kelley at the end of the day.

Do you think you should win the game.  I think Kelley has the higher floor but much lower ceiling (despite the huge game last week).  Miller has been dinged with a shoulder and that could come back up at any time.  Miller will have the higher ceiling because he can break one at any time either in the passing game or in the running game.  If you think you should win and need a high floor go with Kelley.  If you think you need a big game go with Miller.

I would go with Miller.   Houston will continue to give Miller the ball and he should touch the ball at least 20 times.  

I dont like Kelley travelling on a short week against Dallas.  Dallas has a stout defense and could open up a lead forcing Washington to go to the air.   

I also dont like playing players early in the week and staring at a low score for several days... that risk makes me usually go with the Sunday player over the Thursday guy.

Given how the Cowboys slow down the play clock, Kelley won't get as many carries as he would in most game.  Plus Miller is a better player, so I'd go Miller.
