Lamborghini Aventador Crash (1 Viewer)

Tough to make any definitive calls, but it appears the Lambo is going too fast. The other car clearly cuts off the Lambo while turning onto the road.

IMO, the greater of the two evils is the cut off and therefore, they are at fault.

Hard to argue with that assessment.

Then again hat-backwards-lambo-driving-with-hot-blonde-in-passenger-seat-guy is clearly a ###### bag so #### him.

Agreed. Looks like Mazda did not check traffic well enough, and Lambo was driving to fast for the congestion on that road.

Agree.

Was the Lambo driver flipping the bird just before the crash?

Oh, and I love how the first good samaritan immediately assists the blonde.

The Lambo is a LHD. Standard in the UK is RHD. They probably thought they were assisting the driver.

To echo the above, it looks like both drivers are negligent here... the minivan for cutting off the Lamborghini and the Lamborghini for going way too fast on that street.

FWIW, Lamborghinis are known to attract the uber-##### crowd - even moreso than other exotic supercars, at least out here in SoCal.

ETA - I didn't know "doosh" was blocked. :eyeroll:

This thread is why insurance adjusters hate you.

Things to consider:

Who had control of the lane

Who had the right of way

Who crossed a dotted yellow (assuming it means the same in UK)

The vehicle making a left hand turn, or in this case a right hand turn in the UK almost always has a greater duty to make the turn at a safe time

All of which place fault on the Mazda

The only contributing factor on the Lambo is alleged speed,

1. We don't know the limit on that street

2. Even if we did, without a radar gun or expert video analyst, which isn't going to be paid for by any insurance company the speed is purely subjective.

Almost every carrier would place %100 negligence on the Mazda, some would attempt to place some sort of comparative neg on the lambo of maybe %10.

There's no way anyone can make an assessment on blame based solely on that video. We have no idea if there were other cars involved, if there was a curve before the intersection, what the speed limit was, if there was a light there, etc.

Okay thanks guys!!

Now I just spent the last 30 minutes looking at car crash and dyno fail videos on You tube.

Yeah, the first night my wife and two kids are out of the house in years and this is what I am doing....gosh, I am old.
