I am in a 12 team keeper league and have Jordan as my keeper (highest valued player). I am not a Jordan fan and I am trying to trade him. If you have him or had him on your roster what are you getting for him. Thanks in advance.

I traded him for Burress last year. I also have Portis, Rudi, S.Jackson, Caddy & T.Jones. WR I had squat. I'd bet you could fetch a bit more tha I did.

So - LamJ - if you are looking to trade him NOW, you are selling low. Bad move. Even if you HATE having him, wait until he does something good in the regular season.

As with any player's potential trade value, there's perceived value, supply and demand.

As far as perceived value goes, he's generally viewed right now as about the 7th - 10th RB, somewhere around there, and you may even have a leaguemate that values him a bit higher. If you are looking for a RB in return, it's a matter of contacting owners who have RBs in that range that you'd rather have.

As for placing a value on him vis-a-vis WRs or QBs, the supply and demand factor kicks in, and that depends on league size, roster size, and starting requirements. You have to know how scarce RBs are in your league in general, and on individual rosters specifically, before you can determine whether he's worth a top-tier WR or a Peyton Manning to someone.

I traded him last week at our rookie draft, i had to due to salary cap consideration.

I got Addai for him since i already had Rhodes i say it s a decent trade.

I think he will have a tough seaosn , the OL looks bad and no QB.

His worth will be determined by who is on the "RB desperate" owners rosters. I'll guess not all teams have 3 starting RBs, start with their rosters and see if they have excess at other positions.
