Had 7 targets and caught 6 catches for 78 yards + 1 TD....looks like he is back to me. How did he look, Saints homers and those that saw the game? I did not.... Miami has issues against the pass so I expect Brees to light them up again. Moore worth starting in that case?

I think his performance last week was a great sign for things to come. With all the injuries and by weeks I think Moore could be a solid start this week. However, just one good game doesn't make him an instant must start.

I'm a big fan on Moore's talent, and you have to love the surrounding pass offense, but I dont know if I would trust him every week just yet. The Saints clearly wanted to focus on Moore in the first drive, when he three or four of his catches. With the Saints whole backfield healthy, the game plan could go run heavy for any particular game (although I think the clear weakness of the Miami D is the safeties in pass coverage, so expect a heavy dose of Colston/Meachem/Henderson over the middle).

What you want in a matchup for Moore is a team with a passing offense that can hang with NO - The Atlanta matchups and NE should be good ones. Until those kinds of games, I think you'll be waiting for an injury in the NO WR corps before you can really trust Moore every week.

I think he's a bye week or WR3, due to the way Brees spreads the ball around. Colston, Shockey, PT/Re Bush, Moore, Meachum, Henderson. When injuries strike, he should be more a focus.

as long as brees is throwing then he's worth starting because he's one of his favorite targets, especially in 3rd downs. i think devery and shockey lose some value going forward with lance healthy and effective.

Agree Moore is the go to on 3rd, 5 of his last 8 targets were on 3rd down. Shockey has only had one 3rd down target in his last 10.
