In this draft I would say no. I am not a big believer in Lance, but 1.08 is a huge tier break for me. Try to get a 2024 first.

How many QBs you want? Got 3 good ones. with 1.03 you are set to get Stroud or Young or Richardson as your 4th. Take the pick, get 3 more good pieces, maybe one at each position, RB, WR, TE.
