What is your WR's situation? How much value does he bring you for a title run this year? Any restrictions on keeping him beyond this year?Any bonus for long TD's or other strange scoring?
I am not a big fan of Cooks so I think that is an overpayment but depending on your WR situation. I wouldn't pull the trigger based on the little info provided. Without having more information it is a tough to give much more input.

I think that's too much. Michael Thomas has been coming on lately and looks like he might be the most consistent target in that offense going forward. Even if not, there are three targets under the age of 25, which lowers Cooks' floor, and Brees is 37. I think you're offering a lot. I'd hold your picks. Whatever RBs you get this year might be tradeable for WRs anyway.
