what are some QBs that have struggled early in their career, only to get a new coach/team/offense and go on to become good QBs.

one guy is Steve Young -- not real good in TB, but comes to SF and becomes a HOFer

another guy is Jim Plunkett, who didn't do a lot in NE or SF, but was good for The Raiders

Who are some others?

It took Phillip Rivers 4 years before doing much and McCoy is helping his resurgence.
