[SIZE=14pt]Auction[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]This league will use the FA format to obtain players, the initial startup auction draft will start on
Friday Sept 20th 2013 at 7 am (opening bids) Each team my nominated up to 5 players within each nomination period.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Friday period 1 ( 7am-7pm ) period 2 ( 7:00pm- 11pm )[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]all players nominated on the weekday will have 12 hour clock that will count backwards until the timer reaches zero, whomever is the highest bidder at that time will be the winner of that player.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Over the weekend (
Saturday and Sunday )[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]The countdown timer will
be 3 hours over the weekend and will start on
Saturday at
7am and will end at 1am[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Sunday[/SIZE][SIZE=14pt] the countdown will start at
8am and will run until
11pm, the timer again will be a
3 hour timer per player nominated.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14pt]Buy in for the 2013 season will be $100.00 dollars payable amounts of $25.00 dollars on the first day of each month September, October, November, and December.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]We will also have a
$25 dollar every quarter fee that will be payable on the first day of each season
WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL. This is the money that will be used to fund the progressive and the 2 year empire pots.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Empire pots[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]The progressive pot will be paid out every 2nd year and the criteria for winning this pot will be a mix of overall wins, overall playoff berths, overall playoff wins, and overall total points up until that point by your team.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]The empire pot will be paid out to any franchise that has won back to back super bowl titles, and/or the team that has won 2 out of the last 3 super bowls.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]These pots will have no bearing on the regular pay out structure of the league.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14pt]Defensive line ups (Formations)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]You must submit you lineup style the by 5pm the day before your first active player will be in a game. This means that you must submit your formation lineup by 5pm on Wednesday if you have a player in the Thursday night game.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Example would be the 2-5 or the 3-3, prevent or nickel package schemes.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14pt]The May Rookie Draft[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]The annual rookie draft will be set to occur on the third Saturday of every May.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]It will be a 7 round draft that will mimic the NFL system of lowest winning percentage wise franchise will be awarded the Number 1 pick in all respective rounds. The draft picks are tradable up to 2 years out i.e (2013 season you can trade your 2014, and 2015 picks in order to help with trading) .Rookie pay grade will be as follows for rounds 1-7. 1st$30M, 2nd $17M, 3rd $12M, 4th $9M, 5th $6M, 6th $4M, and 7th $2M. You can set contracts for rookies for 1-5 years.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Franchise Tag[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]As of now there is no franchise tag option for the league that can be put to vote if anyone wants to propose a vote, 75% or more of the members must agree on this. In your proposal you must outline the specific way that this will be handled by the league and individual owners. Once the terms are put forth and agreed upon then we can set it for a vote,[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Collusion and Unfair Spirit[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]We as a league and as a management team will do our best to identify and deal with unfair trades and flat out cheating within the league. Once a person has be warned of an action we will have a second warning on that same offense and then if the offense occurs again (3rd time) we will to strict actions that may include but not limited to draft round loss and salary cap deduction for the year in question or future year(s)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Orphan Teams[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]We will try our best to keep the retention of the league at 100% prior to the leagues opening official action each year The May Draft we will reach out to current owners for replacement candidates. As a league we can vote on the prospected new members and fill the spot.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Voting[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]In some instances there will be a need for voting on various issues and concerns, when this is to occur we will have unanimous votes and majority votes. Some issues must be passed by all to be amended or introduced in to law. Some votes will simply just need the majority of owners to allow, let’s say in the case of trades.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Salary Cap[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Each team will have a salary cap that reflects the current NFL max, this year the cap is set at $123,900,000 and will be accessible to each owner during the draft(auction format). This dollar amount will be used for free agent pickups and waiver wire acquisition. So please watch your cap, and make sure that you can cover your starting lineup for the entire year. If you are unable to submit a valid lineup, you will have to just roll with what you have. It is very important to watch your cap money all year long. Please don’t over spend on to many players in the auction because it may hurt your team for that year. Also remember that rookies will have a automatic value added against your cap for all players that you sign to deals.[/SIZE]
