I just picked up Coles off the scrap heap. Any value here or am I just wasting a roster spot right now?

I haven't seen Cincy play at all this year. I noticed he's 3rd on the Bengals in targets. Dropped a few balls Week 1.

Does he look finished or will he be ok once he gets on the same page with Palmer?

I just dumped him for Sims -Walker, I have heard he is not picking up the offense well and has had some drops. I needed to see more from him and at 0-2 I needed to make a move. It might come back to haunt me but I don't have the time to wait for him to develop (Or not)

He has 3 catches on the season, although one went for a TD. If there's anything on the WW with upside, I'd dump him in a heartbeat. If the only thing out there is a Raiders WR, I'd see what Coles offers for a few more weeks.
