So far this guy has been really disappointing compared to last year and where he was likely drafted. He's basically a LB3 right now. Is it time to push the panic button or will things get better? Seems like there's plenty of tackle opportunity in Tampa, but the stats are getting shared around too much.

He's already produced at a high level for more than one year, so we're not talking about a guy with "potential" who never delivers.
If he has an established record and then fizzles, doesn't it almost have to come down to injury or the system?(I don't think he's the kind of player who coasts after getting a big contract.) I haven't heard that he's injured, so that points us at the system.
As a Bucs fan, I'm starting to have serious doubts about Lovie Smith in several areas.

it's a combo of finally having someone not named Mason Foster next to him and a huge boost to the Defensive line with the additions of a Healthy McCoy, George Johnson, a surging Jaquies Smith, and Chris Conte on the back end. He's still good, he's not hurt, the scheme is fine. Better talent on the field leads to less tackle opportunities.
