<li>The injuries to Alexander and Glenn could make the decisions anticlimactic. Alexander suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in Friday's game, according to a source. Although Glenn and Alexander have made plays, they simply could not outdo Farwell and Ciurciu. Farwell led the Vikings with 25 special-teams tackles in 2006, and he is a heady, energetic player. Ciurciu was signed to inject talent on special teams, and he was rewarded with a signing bonus in excess of $500,000. In fact, just before Glenn sprained his knee, Ciurciu had moved ahead of him on the depth chart.
