32 teams, organized into the NFL structure, bearing NFL franchise names. Each conference will hold drafts separately with their own player pool.

27 man rosters, 10 man taxi squad, IR,

11 starters, QB, RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 FLEX, DL, LB, DB, DFLEX

Annual rookie-only draft occurring soon after the NFL draft.

Annual off season free agent draft and blind bidding waivers.

Large prize pools with 100% payouts less MFL league fees of $140/yr approx. $700 holdover of prize money for Super pool every 5 years.

Each Conference will complete a "Replacement Owners Draft".
If EVERY replacement owner agrees, the replacement owners draft will be cancelled with all teams keeping their players and draft picks.

The replacement owner draft will be conducted using email and shared google spreadsheet. All players, DTS, and draft picks from the teams for sale will be listed on this spreadsheet. Draft order will be determined using www.radom.org list randomiser. The draft will use a snake draft format, 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.03, 1.02, 1.01, etc. The draft will end when all players, and draft picks are selected. In the event there are no more players/draft picks available before the end of a round, the team may pick a player in the free agent pool for the league in question.

When a team is "on the clock", the team will highlight the player or draft pick from the player listing on the google shared spreadsheet, and enter the player or pick into to column under their team name on the spreadsheet. When complete the team will email the group stating the player or pick selected. The draft will continue until all players and draft picks are selected.
