Hoping for suggestions from you all.

A few friends and I have been playing in a keeper league at Antsports for years and I have been pushing to go ANYWHERE but antsports for the last several years. The difficulty is that we need to join a stranger league as we don't have the critical mass to generate 12 owners (there are a total of 3 of us).

The best option I have found so far for stranger keeper leagues is phenoms, but their keeper leagues are borderline dynasty leagues given that they allow 6 keepers plus taxi-squad players, not protected by round. MFL and others certainly allow you to customize this, but we would need to find 12 owners which probably is not possible.

So my question is this--do you guys know of any reputable sites that host stranger keeper leagues where only a couple of keepers can be kept year to year? I'm hitting a wall on that.

I believe you can set total # of keepers and a number of other items. Pretty customizable. I would recommend setting up a test league and messing with the settings to see what it can do.
