My friends and I are starting a 3-in-1 fantasy league, featuring NFL, NBA, MLB in one 570 player megadraft (ie. the first 3 picks could be Mike Trout, Le'Ve'on Bell and Russ Westbrook)

SCORING
NFL – normal head-to-head format, regular, fractional NFL scoring rules re: yards, 4 points for TD pass, 6 for TD run or catch, etc. Straight wins and losses per week. 13 weeks of regular season, then 3 weeks of playoffs (6 teams), same as regular NFL fantasy leagues (Week 17 doesn’t count).
MLB - 5 x 5 roto
So HR/RBI/Runs/SB/BA, plus Wins/K/Saves/ERA/WHIP
NBA – Weekly Head-To-Head
8-categories: points, rebs, assists, steals, blocks, threes, FT%, FG%
How The League Is Scored:
NFL, NBA: If you win the championship you get 10 points. The team with the worst regular-season record gets 1 point. And so on. For teams that lose in the semis/quarters, regular season finish is used to determine who finishes higher in the standings when comparing playoff losers.
MLB if you finish first in overall roto scoring you get 10 points. Last place 1 point.
Overall Winner has the most combined league-accrued points across the 6 leagues. Each season is scored separately, meaning the max overall score is 60 points.
HOW LONG IS THE LOL?
2 calendar years. This will make Year 1 dump trades less likely, since you’ll have to consider the consequences of trading Trout, Kershaw, or Harper for Durant re: following year’s MLB slate.
Each sport will be KEEPER for those 2 calendar years. You may keep as many guys as you want for each league, since we won’t have any redrafts. (or will we) Whatever holes you have left you can just fill via free agency.
KEEPER RULES
You can keep as many players as you'd like.
Payment
$50 per league, so $300 for the league over two years
Each league winner gets $100.
Overall winner gets $1500, second place gets $600, third place gets $300.
