I have a league filled with owners except the last team. $100 buy-in with 100% payout using leaguesafe so we have no issues with finances. Must pay in full to start draft. This is for a fresh startup dynasty league in its first year. If you want to join the league you will inherit the # 11 pick out of 12 in the startup since we have already determined draft position. We are ready to draft and are looking for someone dedicated and active in dynasty football. PM me or reply here if interested.
