In your non keeper leagues, do you shuffle divisions each year?    The theory that is being discussed in our redraft league is that we have some owners who are generally weaker when it comes to football knowledge and don't build very good teams and therefore do not do very well.  They tend to be easy wins and if you are in their division, you play them twice and increase your win %.   Shuffling divisions would also change schedules year after year which is also a positive.

In the non keeper one, yes, we shuffle every year, especially if you have divisions.  In my dynasty league (19th year), we shuffle the divisions once every 3 years.  The league voted to do this to keep things interesting.

In my non-keeper, divisions are drawn at random before the start of the draft.

14 teams, no divisions -- everyone plays a 13 game balanced schedule.

Why have divisions?  None of my leagues do divisions.

10 team redraft, we have 2 divisions split by the draft order.  Division winners split the transaction $$$.  It's $2 per transaction or $25 for unlimited.  Obviously, everyone does the unlimited option, so winning your division gets you $125

Yes, I’m my IDP league we randomize divisions every year.

12 teams, 3x 4 team divisions & balanced schedule. 

When people pull their draft pick (and select their position since we do KTS), they pull a division # out of a hat.
