RostersEFFL Roster has three componentsPro-Roster (24)College Roster (5) "You may carry more than 5 players on you college roster if you acquire additional picks"Taxi/Development Squad (3) .Pro-Draft will be 24 rounds (draft date to be annouced).College Draft will be 5 rounds (draft date to be annouced)Injured Roster1,Players may only be placed on the injured roster when they are placed on Injured Reserve by their NFL team2. Once placed on the Injured Roster, a team retains the player's rights but may not activate that player to the Prof-Roster for the remainder of the season3.Only players on the Pro-Roster are eligible for the Injured Roster4.Players on the Injured Roster do NOT count against the Pro-Roster limit5. Payers who are not retainable at the end of the season are not eligible for the Injured Roster and should be released instead.....College DraftFollowing the start of the Pro Supplemental Draft, or at the time designated by the Commissioner, the College Draft will take place.Any player with college eligibility and not on a EFFL team's college protected roster is eligible to be drafted.The College Draft will begin no later than August 15th and continue until all teams have the requisite number of players.The College Draft MUST be completed prior to the start of the College Football Season. Teams that have not selected by this point will forfeit their picks. The Commissioner will be responsible for completing the draft in a timely fashion. .The College Draft order is as follows:1. All selections are based on the order of the Pro Draft, except:2 Teams drafting 1-6 in the Pro Draft shall draft in reverse order (6-1) in the College Draft3.Teams drafting 7-12 in the Pro Draft shall draft in reverse order (1-6) in the College Draft.College RosterCollege player may be traded.College picks, maybe traded.Each team will have 5 college picks in 2005, un-less you trade any ofyour picks. A team may have more than 5 picks, if he gets picks via trade.A team may have more than 5 players on his college roster, if he has additional picks.Starting in 2006, you will have as many college picks, as vacantspots on your college roster.If you have 3 players drafted into the NFL, you will have 3 college picks..
