Lee Evans - **** Jauron's play calling bad influence? (1 Viewer)

Will **** Jauron's conservative play calling kill Lee Evans fantasy value this season, or will Jauron realize that Losman is a good deep ball QB, and that Lee Evans is a deep ball WR, and open up the offense a little?

Thoughts?? What can we expect from Evans this season? The first two games aren't very encouraging, but its bound to get better..........right??

Game situation is going to dictate this. Doesn't help much when deciding whether to put him in or not, other than look for games that are going to be shoot-outs.

I'm not thinking game to game, I'm thinking the season as a whole...Can Evans still put up 1000 yards, and 5-8 TDs with Jauron in town??

at this rate he'll be lucky to hit that for the rest of his career.

Well, he was really close to 3 TDs today, alone. So, he is still getting a lot of targets. He'll start cashing in on some.

Yeah, he was tackled from behind on a 50+ yeard bomb that was a sure TD. The guy is too talented to continue producing these stats, and the Bills will not be playing with a comfortable lead all the time.

 He only had 19 yards?
he drew a nice PI call
Would have been nice to draw a FF TD as well :)
Was tackled before the ball got there, no chance at catching it.

The Bills have been playing with the lead for much of the first two games, so the Bills really havent been forced to air it out. I imagine he will Evans will get more opportunities when playing from behind.

Then again, their next four games are against the Jets, Vikes, Bears, and Lions - not the most gifted offensive teams.
