Both drafted somewhere between WR2/3, Royal rated higher by probably 90% of people and accordingly higher in ADP.
In PPR, this is probably fair.
In non-PPR, I think Evans is getting short shrift based on several disappointing years. But he'll no longer face constant double teams and is going to play in a stat-mongering offense. This is the first year that Evans is very likely to be sitting there as a WR3 option in 12+ team leagues.
Royal will almost certainly get fewer receptions at 10-11 ypc.
Evans will almost certainly get more at 15-16 ypc.
I expect this an unpopular opinion, but let's have a lively discussion.
