Guns will only fire with the owner's finger prints so less crime will be committed with stolen guns.

I bet we invent medicine that turns our poop into sanitized gel-caps that we remove and recycle with compost. We won't need plumbing for toilets and we'll grow super poop plants.

So what do we do with the bazillion guns that are in circulation right now? Not to mention how do you stop people from just making guns, or hacking the fingerprint mechanism.

I like the idea, I just don't think it would actuall work ( I have thought about this one in the past)

If we have that technology it'll only be a matter of time before the ammo we use now is obsolete to the new weapons. Eventually it would be like video cassettes.

The confusion between the definition of a vessel's gear and equipment for purposes of a 905(b) action under the LHWCA and the definition of a vessel appurtenance for purposes of an action under the Jones Act, and a working bright-line rule on the duties imposed on the vessel owner in a so-called dual capacity 905(b) case.

There are some glitches between the Jones Act and LHWCA 905(b). It'll be nice when that gets figured out.

Edit: ####.

Yep. I forgot, have had several conversations about this in the past. I agree this is very possible.

Government regulated. Safer for the hookers, cleaner for everyone involved, and of course...................taxed.

Driverless cars are going to have a huge impact. The positives will be less accidents, but think about what it will do to commercial drivers.

Garbage trucks, busses, taxis, 18 wheelers, etc. Could all be automated by then. That's gonna be a lot of people out of jobs. I wouldn't be surprised if the truck drivers brought everything to a halt before then.

FWIW, I think we're way more than 20 years from this. The infrastructure alone to make this happen has to be a fortune.

We will all be living in bubbles in 20 years. All human interactions will be done over the internet and everything will be delivered by drones.

Originally I think the driverless car network needed magnetic sensors in the ground, but I don't think that is necessary anymore. With a bunch of cameras around the vehicle and WiFi they can do it.
