A true football legend, Noll is the only head coach to win four Super Bowl trophies in a career, winning all four with the Steelers during a six-year run in the 1970s. Noll coached the Steelers for 23 seasons from 1969-1991, posting a 209-156-1 record of that span. He is often credited as the main force that turned Pittsburgh from a fledgling franchise that had made the playoffs once before Noll's arrival into one of the most respected organizations in the league. Noll was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993, less than two years after he retired.
