LenDale White (1 Viewer)

I recently aquired LenDale White in a trade (as a throw in). I know he was inactive Sunday because he was hurt, but what is everyone expecting out of him this year? Will he eventually become the starter this year?

He was inactive this week, but not hurt. Fisher supposedly deactivated him due to his attitude, going back to the spitting incident in camp.

I picked him up late in both my leagues, figuring he's likely to start by midseason. With Brown & Henry both suffering from turf toe now, I expect LenDale to at least contribute this week, if not start.

He could do OK as the starter, but the team is still not very good. Possibly a good RB3.

:link: I thought it was because of his ankle.

He wasn't on the injury report...http://www.nfl.com/injuries

QUESTIONABLE -- ILB Tedy Bruschi (Wrist), WR Chad Jackson (Hamstring), T Nick Kaczur (Shoulder)

PROBABLE -- QB Tom Brady (Shoulder), WR Doug Gabriel (Hamstring), G Steve Neal (Ankle)

Take it for what it is worth but I heard Chris Landry, who is very close to Fisher and that franchise, mention this on the radio last Saturday and I heard it stated during the broadcast too. Landry is about as accurate as anyone in the business.

on if LenDale was healthy enough to play)

He was healthy enough to play in the game. He was scratched for roster (reasons). We had to get 45.

Titans coach Jeff Fisher says LenDale White was inactive Sunday because of his inability to play special teams, not because he was hurt.

White, who struggled with an ankle injury all last week, is not certain to play in Week 2 either. He remains third on the depth chart.
