What do you think? Impact player as LaFell has really underperformed. Could have an immediate impact while NE awaits the return of Edelman, and Hankerson can play.

There's no mention of how he's doing.

He was on IR and waived from IR.

With Edelman, Amendola, Gronk, and LaFell knowing the O (of not performing well) there's not much left for him

I think they saw a good player who shouldnt have been waived as next years lafell replacement.

The Falcons releasing him from IR means he has been medically cleared and will go through the NFL’s waiver system.

I think this says something more about either Edelman not really being close to ready or Martin not doing enough.

I agree with this, as I can't see them keeping LaFell. I don't necessarily see Hank as a guy who is going to contribute much this year, especially with Edelman nearing full strength. It's more likely that he will compete with Martin and Dobson for that other WR spot in training camp.

I don't see that either, but I think he is good dynasty stash for 2016 to roll the dice on if you have the roster space.
