I didn't see the game and know absolutely nothing about fullback Le'Ron McClain. 19 carries for 86 yards has my attention though.

Is this the next Alstott in the making or a one-game fluke against the pitiful Bengals?

No.Sure - 19 carries, 83 yards - but the guy racked up 40 of them on the closing drive to end the game. He spelled Ray Rice whom they wanted to save (in case McGahee isn't ready again in Week 2).Once McGahee is back (and odds are he's a go in Wk 2) then McClain is no more than an afterthought. Pass.
