I know alot of you have become Favre haters do to the constant man-love Madden and some of the media have given him, but take a minute to celebrate his greatness. On Sunday, Favre became the winningest qb in the history of the NFL with 149 wins. People always wonder how you measure success. Well Favre has achieved it on every level:

A.) Wins-now alltime leader with 149

B.) Individual stats-Favre should add to his achievements this year by becoming the all-time leader in td's (currently 3 off the pace), career passing yards (3,369 yards off), career passing attempts (55 off).

Favre is already the all-time leader in completions, 3,000 yard passing seasons (15), 300 completions seasons (15), 30 td seasons (8)

C.) Durability-238 consecutive starts speaks for itself

D.) MVP awards-Favre is the only 3-time winner in NFL history

C.) Winning seasons-probably one of the most impressive stats. In 16 completed NFL season, Favre has had ONLY 1 LOSING SEASON

Yes, he might have lost a step, but if you saw the game on Sunday, the man still has a little juice left in the tank. I know there are alot of haters out there, primarily because if you weren't watching him win for your team, you were watching him beat your team. The guy personifies football. Sit back and enjoy watching a true legend you can tell your kids about.

:bowtie:

Yes, someone will come along and break the records, probably Manning. But it does nothing to lessen the achievements Favre has made.

Don't forget the upcoming interception record.
We will celebrate that when the time comes. The thing about the interceptions is obvious. The longer you play, the more you throw, the more chance for int's. Obviously, it is not a pretigious record to hold but once again, the man has won (both most wins of all time, and consistently season to season).
