I think Horn's projections have always depended on his health rather than anything else. Can he return to 04 form? That's the question and it has very little to do with whether it's Stallworth, Henderson, or someone else.

Also bump his adp by 1 rd.

This is not timely for those who felt Horn would bounce back this year.

Now he's on everybody's mind going into the draft.

It can only increase his value as a go-to guy for D. Brees. Though, it might make it easier for opposing defenses. If you are playing in a ppr league, his value will do nothing but go up and could go back to being a top 10 or 15 type WR. It's not out of the relm of possibilities that he's a top 10 guy as he was in the past.

Brees never had a cannon - he was average-armed. But we saw what a torn rotator cuff did to Pennington, so I say buyer beware. He hasn't had good velocity in the preseason.

Don't forget that Horn has always been a goalline receiving threat where double coverage isn't as feasible. Whether Peyton uses him there, however, is a different question altogether.

I was very high on Brees coming into the season. After watching two of his preseason games, though, I'm staying away. Too many lame ducks, too many underthrows on 5-yard outs. He's got me worried.
