My neighbor wants to sell me his 2014 Is250. If you own one, what are your thoughts?

The 250 has a carbon build up issue with the engine, which Lexus is repairing on cars less than 9 years old.  Also, the 250 is under-powered compared to the 350. 

It's still a good car but only for the right price.

This. Never buy or sell cars from/to friends, family, neighbors. Unless you or they are gear heads.
