Had an animal workout today... I've been slacking the last few weeks (only 2-3 trips a week) & working out lightly. Using lighter weights is more due to some neck and shoulder pains. Went heavier today.

Started fresh and slammed 225lbs 15x on decline.

No way Levi could bench 225, even on decline press. He could lie about it though....
